FVCC Agricultural Program

Flathead Valley Community College is now offering an Associate of Applied Science in Integrated Agriculture and Food Systems as well as several Associate of Science transfer degree programs.

The Associate of Applied Science degree program in Integrated Agriculture and Food Systems is a hands-on, multidisciplinary program that combines the agricultural sciences, business management, and experiential learning through lab courses and internships. Graduates of this two-year, five semester program will be well-prepared to start their own agricultural business, or obtain employment in agriscience careers, farm management, and agricultural sales/consulting. Internships will be completed on the FVCC Campus Farm and at agricultural businesses within the region. Click here for more information about internship opportunities in the area.

The Associate of Science transfer programs in Agriculture are designed to prepare students for transfer to Montana State University-Bozeman. Graduates will be able to transfer with junior status to one of three Bachelor of Science degree programs within Montana State University’s College of Agriculture: Agribusiness, Crop Science, and Sustainable Food and Bioenergy Systems.
